The office staff were quick to respond to our inquiries and very personable, making sure they were giving us their best services for our mother. They were flexible with our schedule changes covering hours mid-mornings through lunch and evenings. The caregivers were well suited to my mother and showered her with very good care, aware of her needs, as well as being delightful companionship. The communication notebook was always filled out, it made it so easy for all of us in the family to know what was going on with our mother and what help was needed. We were also able to contact each caregiver directly when needed. They became family and made it so our mother could stay in her apartment. We are very grateful for their services. And they assisted with the next journey for our mother to make her comfortable in her new environment in transition.”
